Open for lunch and dinner, this quick-service restaurant from Ariel Ceja offers an eclectic dining experience in the heart of downtown Napa: hot-from-the-fryer churros and savory pupusas, salmon ceviche tostadas, mushroom quesadillas; fresh tropical fruit salads; and made-to-order tacos that feature everything from roasted vegetables to seafood to carnitas.
Bistro Sabor is also proud to offer an array of Mexican, local and international craft beers along with wines from boutique family-owned Napa wineries and sake selected to pair beautifully with all food dishes. ¡Bienvenidos!
Restaurant hopping on our last anniversary, we met Ariel Ceja at his Bistro Sabor restaurant and had a blast.

Bistro is the perfect combination of Latin Amarican flavors and culture. The ambiance within is one that humbles the heart- given Bistro is priced very competitively; quality, style, trend and nostalgia combined in a package that is accessible. In addition, the service is very in line with characteristics that make the Latino Culture in the Bay Area so vibrant- friendly, happy, enthusiastic. All of this can be experience by visiting Bristo... a quick trip "para saborear" (to flavor) La Cultura Latina! This is why Bristro Sabor is best for experiencing Latin America in the San Francisco greater Bay Area...

Their food is delicious, inexpensive but they use good quality ingredients, great ambiance, and they serve some of my favorite wines, Ceja Vineyards.
