Burn is THE best 55 minute workout I have ever experienced. You work on muscles you didn't even know you had. It's a full body workout, and you feel stronger, tighter, and fitter after two weeks. I'll forever be addicted to feeling the Burn.

Burn is the BEST total body workout. It is so much MORE than Pilates- it combines Pilates with cardio and weights and your heart rate is up the entire 55 minutes. Amazzzzzinngg.
