Burn is the BEST total body workout. It is so much MORE than Pilates- it combines Pilates with cardio and weights and your heart rate is up the entire 55 minutes. Amazzzzzinngg.

BURN is AMAZING! Best exercise EVER!!!!!!!!!!! And that's coming from someone who has never enjoyed exercise before. They make it fun, challenging, supportive and it is an awesome work out...really gets the endorphins flowing. I've made friends with other regulars in the classes. Can't recommend it highly enough. Try it!

Wish I could go every day. If you are anywhere near the city, you have to go feel the burn. Two locations now, Mission and Noe.

Burn SF
This pilates workout combined with cardio gives you a full body workout in 55 minutes. It is challenging enough so that you know you are getting a great workout, but not so challenging that you dread coming back. The teachers are knowledgeable and give you individualized instructions tailored for your specific needs.
