I love how Erin puts this market together and organizes everyone. It is a real delight. My only complaint is that next to Farmer John's wonderful offerings sits this person's booth selling dead chickens being rotated on rotisseries. The pain that those headless chickens endured in the process of getting them there is unspeakable and something most humans regard not at all and never even think about. Chickens are wonderful animals and deserve their lives as much as we human animals do. Eating them only adds to our cholesterol levels and their sadness and pain.
