I've studied several versions of martial arts for over 15 years, but until finding Impact kickboxing, I haven't found one that give me a consistent cardio workout, and muscle built results that I have been looking for. Impact Kickboxing is different. Each student is allocated his/ her own punching bag, which gives excellent resistance training. In conjunction with motivation from the instructors, you’ll get a non-stop workout that guarantees intense cardio workout. Of all the various martial arts and gyms that I’ve attended, Impact Kickboxing gave me the best improvement in my strength and endurance since I've joined. Impact Kickboxing might not be for everyone but their 1 month trial is a great way to find out. For me, it's clearly my favorite martial arts.
