Rika Noda and Amanda Bauer began their professional lives in 1997 while earning their BFA degrees from California State University San Jose. Their friendship of more than ten years and dedication to photography sparked their idea to become business partners photographing weddings. Rika was born and raised in Tokyo and moved to the United States at the age of 19. Rika currently lives in Mt. Shasta, CA. When Rika's not photographing, she's running a photography gallery with her husband John. Rika speaks Japanese and English fluently, as well as a little bit of Hebrew. Amanda was born and raised in the United States, speaks English and a modest amount of Spanish. Amanda is a freelance photographer based in San Francisco, CA. Amanda's photography was recently exhibited at the Art Museum of Mazatlán.
