I strive to make photography a simple and unobtrusive part of your wedding day, and provide you with beautiful, elegant, and surprising images. I like to shoot spur-of-the-moment pictures, and I work in a variety of techniques. During your wedding you're likely to see me running around, camera and flash in hand, or in the corner with a tripod, carefully composing the perfect shot. I always work with a second shooter, so no matter how fast the action we never miss a beat. Yes, I still shoot film! It allows me more flexibility in shooting, it's beautiful, and it's archival. However, all of your negatives will be scanned at high resolution for printing, so you still get to share your images with friends and family just as you would digital pictures. It's really the best of both worlds. I have a BFA in photography from Rhode Island School of Design, and grew up in the Bay Area.
