The Total Mac delivers complete repair and upgrade services on Apple Macintosh computers for individuals, businesses and schools. We first tuned into Mac in 1984 when the first Mac rolled off the assembly line. Just four years later, in 1988, we opened our repair business in San Francisco. Since then, Mac repair businesses have come and gone, and yet we keep growing our base of loyal customers that appreciate our personal and expert service. Fifteen years ago we expanded by opening a second repair facility in Sonoma County. Our no frills approach allows us to focus on the task at hand and keep costs at a minimum. Our goal is to deliver quality service while making the process fast and easy for our customers during what often is a stressful time. Most importantly, we don't try to sell you products and services you don't want or need.
