When my friends and I had to go out of town over a weekend, we had the misfortune of not having anyone able to come look over our boys. Since they're a rambunctious pair of 1 year old boy kitties, we couldn't leave them alone with a supply of food and water. They would have gorged on it the first day and destroyed the house the rest of the weekend. Then I found Pet Camp.
After a walkthrough of the Cat Safari location, I felt 100% comfortable leaving the boys in their care. Not only is the facility amazing for cats, they have the indoor "outdoor" area where the kitties get all the fun of being adventurous in "the wild" without any of the danger. It's a little more to give them Safari time, but I thought it was totally worth it.
They also took pictures every day and uploaded them to their picture-viewing account so we could log in and see what they'd been up to all day. We got pictures of them playing, goofing off, and exploring. It was a HUGE comfort to see them, especially since it was the first time we'd had to leave them for such a long time.
Pet Camp took such fantastic care of Nutter and Knight. I really do feel like they went out of their way to make sure the boys were comfortable and having fun. I recommend them to all my friends and if we all have to go out of town again, we're absolutely entrusting them to Cat Safari's capable hands.
For ANYONE who's ever had troubles with a particularly persnickety kitty, rather than make excuses, or worse, give up? You should call Go, Cat, Go! You'll get a new perspective and new tools to help you work WITH your kitty and become closer than you ever thought possible. It'll make BOTH your lives all the more fabulous for it!
